If you experience an internet service issue caused by wiring or jacks inside your home or business, Pathway will troubleshoot and repair covered inside wiring at no additional service charge. For a small monthly fee, you can avoid costly repair bills and have the confidence that a Pathway technician is there to help keep your service working properly.

Download Command IQ (search Command IQ, or use the store links below). After your install, link the app to your Pathway Wi-Fi so you can:

  • Check your speed and watch how the network is doing
  • See every device on your Wi-Fi — pause or disconnect one if you need to
  • Set parental controls — time limits, content filters, and peace of mind
  • Prioritize homework, work, or streaming when the house is busy
  • Guest Wi-Fi — visitors get online without sharing your main password
  • Threat protection tools — see what’s been blocked on the network
