Keep the wires in your walls working
Pathway brings service to your home. Inside wiring — the jacks, outlets, and cable runs from our equipment into your rooms — is what gets internet and phone to the places you actually sit. Wire Maintenance is Pathway’s plan to troubleshoot and repair that inside wiring when something goes wrong. One local team. One call.

Why it matters
Without a maintenance plan, problems on your side of the service (a dead jack, a broken run in the wall, a loose outlet) are often the homeowner’s to fix. That can mean delays, extra charges, or a third party electrician who doesn’t know Pathway’s setup. With Wire Maintenance, you call the same people who installed your service.
What Wire Maintenance is for:
- A jack that suddenly goes quiet
- Inside wire that was working and now isn’t
- Trouble between the Pathway equipment (ONT / network interface) and the jack you use
- Helping Pathway techs find whether the issue is our network or the wiring in the house — and fixing the inside run when it’s covered
How it works
You notice a jack or room that has lost connection.
We’ll walk through quick checks first (equipment lights, a known-good cable). If it’s inside wiring, a Pathway technician can come diagnose and repair what’s covered.
Pair it with Pathway internet
